Life of Bionicles

Otto photographs his Bionicle collection as he travels around Australia on the family’s holidays and camping trips. The Bionicles strike a pose against the backdrop of Mount Beauty; the Science Academy, Canberra; the Big Koala; and various truck stops whilst also fighting up at Kings Cross.  After winning three photographic prizes in local and school competitions in 2009, Otto continues his photographic odyssey.
Life of Bionicles was held on the 27th and 28th of August, 2010 at The Trophy Room Gallery, 545 South Dowling Street, Surry Hills which supports a seasonal exhibition program of one day only events -  see www.trophyroom.org

    Otto,

Loved your collection. I dont think Bionicles have really hit the UK yet but if anything is guaranteed to do the job it is your superb photographs. Give my love to your Mum who I have not seen for yonks but Diana has passed on to me the god news about all the family successes. Great stuff.

Dear Otto, Congratulations on your Bionicles pictures and all the work you’ve put in to make it happen. My family and I couldn’t make it to the opening but we’ve all looked at the images and think they are great. My favourite is the scene of fighting figures in the blue landscape and of course the big Koala. you should be very proud.
    cheers,
    G.
